Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight round contest which will be broadcast live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "defeat" his opponent as the two fighters met personally to promote next month's bout.
Ex twice unified heavyweight champion Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Attitude
"I'm going to injure his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, stated.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to really want to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of those words, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - normally recognized for his dramatics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead attacked ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he showed up," the boxer said.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to talk badly about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he said.

Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought MMA fighters or faded names since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Fury in 2023.

Nevertheless, the inexperienced fighter is still one of the sport's greatest financial successes, regularly earning huge earnings.

The 28-year-old forecast a KO victory in rounds four or five and claimed he would prevent the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently being planned for two years from now.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.
