Below is the entire text from Ismailer's memo:
Team—
I know you all just finished your town hall - I trust you’re as excited as I am with the good news. Last time I shared you all a update, I mentioned the following: “I believe in this group. You all are some of the most dedicated and talented designers we have had the pleasure to collaborate with - and we’re excited for that collaboration to endure.”
With your dedication and adaptability, particularly over the past twelve months, you continue to prove that.
The community feedback from last autumn’s Project ETHOS playtest was informative. It affirmed the potential of a action-packed game but made clear we still had improvements to make. It highlighted the necessity for a more distinct identity.
The progress is encouraging to see how far you’ve advanced. You accepted the criticism to mind and revamped Project ETHOS with a refreshed direction - one that’s poised to achieve its promise to our players.
The trust in this project grows every day. To further the incredible progress you’ve made, I am thrilled to introduce Ben Brinkman as the latest Director of the team. Following some time of talks, he comes aboard us on next week.
His management and background in the competitive gaming space is vast, having spent the last 15 years creating and overseeing some of the most well-known franchises in the industry, including the acclaimed shooter, and more recently, Apex Legends.
Let’s together in greeting Ben in the coming days. We are all looking forward to continue seeing the evolution of the game in the weeks to ahead.
David

Game Details and Concept

"Create your ideal gameplay session—or face defeat—in this engaging over-the-shoulder adventure! Customize your character in real-time to match your preferred approach," the game's pitch states. "Take on the competition with new abilities, challenges, and tests that change every session. Do you withdraw carefully with your hard-earned loot? Or aim high, gamble everything, and trust your group can achieve the highest spot? The option is in your hands."
The game does not have an announced release date or supported systems, but fans can anticipate more updates as creation advances.
